Normally you get squashed into a room with minimal facilities but this felt like a large apartment. The living a Rea was so spacious and the bathroom was a gr Eat size too. Loved all the little touches from Management and the nespresso machine was gratefully received. This property far exceeded our expectations for the price. Other properties in the area were more expensive for smaller rooms

Splash Apartments feature two boutique apartment complexes built in 2017 & 2024. All apartments include private balconies featuring views of Semaphore Road, lift-operated. Emmanuel was extremely helpful and efficient. On the first night I noted that there was no blind or curtain on the master bedroom window. I mentioned it to Emmanuel the next morning and he arranged for a maintenance man to come the next day and installed a black out curtain. Excellent service and very much appreciated!
