This tour will give you the chance to travel to Lake Argyle and the Ord River Dam and explore the valley during a fast-boat cruise.
After being picked up from your accommodations in Kununurra, you’ll take a drive to Lake Argyle. Along the way, you’ll stop at the Argyle Homestead Museum, where you’ll be able to see how the Durack family lived and learn about the early Kimberley settlers. You’ll then have the opportunity to visit the main Ord River Dam and enjoy the views of Lake Argyle.
After that, you’ll be able to embark on a sunset cruise along the swift-flowing Ord River. You’ll have the chance to discover the local flora and fauna, observe wild birds and spot freshwater crocodiles.
