Please note that the operational hours are as follows:

- Monday–Thursday: from 11:00–18:30 (last admission at 18:00)

- Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: from 11:00–20:00 (last admission at 19:30)

Children aged 0–4, and who are less than 47 in in height, can enter the venue for free. Please present the relevant proof before entering the venue.

Please note that for each adult, only one child can enter for free.

Please note that tickets or supporting documents must be presented for verification upon entry.

Please arrive on time. Latecomers may not be accommodated or may be provided with an alternative date on the next available slot.

Please note that pets have to be put in a pet bag or a pet stroller. This condition doesn’t apply for service dogs.

Please note that eating and drinking are not allowed inside the venue.

Please note that outside food is not allowed inside the venue.

In order to avoid accidents, GO Museum has the right to deny entry to those who wear shoes with a heel less than one cm on either side. Visitors can purchase disposable convenience shoes at the ticket office.

For safety reasons, please do not run or jump. Children must be supervised by their parents or guardians.

Please note that there are mirrors on the venue’s floor.

Please note that you can rent long skirts at the ticket office if you’re wearing a loose or short skirt.

Please note that GO Museum is not responsible for any damage or loss of customers' property, whether such damage or loss is caused by the museum's negligence or other reasons.

Please take good care of the facilities in the venue. If there is any damage, GO Museum has the right to claim compensation from the customer.

To maintain safety, security and order, GO Museum reserves the right to deny entry to or to ask people who do not abide by the rules of the venue, or engage in dangerous, illegal or disrespectful behavior to leave the venue without refund, liability or compensation of any kind.

Please note that GO Museum does not guarantee that visitors will experience all the items at one time. If some items are suspended due to equipment updates, special events, routine inspections, too many tourists or other reasons, no refunds will be provided, and other dates will not be changed.

The information collected at the time of booking is only used to implement relevant measures for disease prevention and control. GO Museum has the right to use the collected information to deal with related matters when necessary.

If the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8, or higher, and the black rainstorm warning are hoisted or expected to hoist three hours before the tour, the tour will be closed.

Customers who have purchased tickets can contact the ticketing platform to change the date. Please change the date within the event date. Business will be resumed after the warning signals are lowered. For arrangement, please refer to GO Museum’s social media channels.
