I love Echuca so perhaps I am biased. But there is always something to do here. And there is usually something on, like a festival, market or someother entertainment. People in the town are friendly and helpful and usually the eateries are clean, well maintained, and the food is always great.

There is the Murray river with the Paddle steamers that you can take a tour down the river and also have lunch and visit a winery. There are many day trips you can go on while basing yourself there . There are lots of little places to eat , have coffee , a chocolate shop hotels to eat for dinner and you can also follow the silo art trail in the area.

Echuca is a lovely serene country town, perfect for a short stay. Take a relaxing trip down the Murray on a historic paddle steamer, then stroll through the Port of Echuca before visiting the winery or the ice creamery for some delicious cold ice cream. If you fancy a leisurely drive, approximately 15 mins out of Echuca you can have some fun at the Aqua Park (3 hour pass at your own pace). Be sure to enjoy a delicious hamburger at The American hotel where the atmosphere is just right from Sunday to Wednesday, lots of good daily deals.

Excellent 2 night stay, nothing was too much trouble abd everything was as expected.
We booked for 1 night then stayed on for 2.
We were travelling with our little dog, where a pet friendly room was provided, booked in advance.
I would recommend staying here to anyone for aside from the warm friendly people abd great facilities, it's so close to most things. We parked the car and walked most places.
Perfect location, one minute walk to High Street shops, bars and hotels.Short walk to river and historical Port of Euchca.Friendly, helpful and welcoming check-in.
We are world travellers and would rate our apartment as one of the nicest we have stayed in over looking the river.
Well equipped kitchen.Wonderful to find ice cubes in the freezer.Cookies to have with coffee.
Toiletries in bathroom and a spa bath to relax in.
Thankyou Pete and Di for a wonderful stay😊
Efficient friendly service for an early luggage drop and accommodated a late arrival with my luggage put in the room for me. Comfortable accommodation, just a walk across the river to the Echuca Winter blues festival. An inexpensive taxi from the raiwayl station (with luggage)...
The service was amazing. We had two rooms and had requested for one to be ground floor. When we got there the ground floor room was the family instead of the standard room. The staff changed it without any hassle and both were next to each.
Very happy with accommodation best I’ve been too customer service excellent cleaning service excellent, close straight forward route to shops restaurants can’t rate meals as didn’t eat in at all .easy parking
Very clean and well maintained accommodation just a short walk from great pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Owners gave us great suggestions for eating out. Royal hotel is excellent as is Antonio’s.
I've stayed at High Street Motel a couple of times now on visits to Echuca and will do so next time as well - location is great, the rooms are clean and well-maintained and the staff are excellent.
Clean, Quiet and Easy to get around. Great Pool for the kids. Has a Woolworths close by and a short drive to the RSL, Rich River Golf Club, Moama town centre and Echuca.
The bed was comfy and the accommodation was a decent size. We had our dog with us and we weren't cramped. It was all clean and had what we needed on our stop.
Centrally located. Initially worried about being directly behind Echuca Pub Hotel with carpark in between but there was no noise at all and I’m a light sleeper
