Many thanks to reception for patiently answering questions about accessing the heated pool and using the correct wifi password. The heated pool ranges from one metre to 1.4 metres in depth and was refreshing on a cool day outside. The deluxe cabin was spacious, very comfortable bed and furnishings, fully equipped kitchen. Appreciated the Cafe at the front of the park for breakfast. Located across the road from beautiful Barwon River Park with walking and cycling paths. Only a few minutes' drive to Belmont shops and easy to reach central Geelong.
Set among beautiful gum trees, on the banks of the Barwon River, Tasman Holiday Parks - Geelong features 2 swimming pools and a large colorful jumping pillow.

Great facilities for the kids. The Face painter during the school holidays and goodie bags for the kids was an unexpected surprise. Having a coffee van set up a couple of times a day, also great
I do the Ironman event each year. I plan to come back and stay for a holiday lots to see, I love the bats and the Botanical garden. The swim circle thing is excellent although has a strong urine smell near the facilities.
Lots of paths for cycling and the Barwon river has an excellent walking track all along. Great place for active people.
If you're into food then you're in for a treat, lots of cafe and restuarants offering a great range of quality foods. I had some delicious crepes on the foreshor.

Geelong city is a very nice place.
Geelong city is a very nice place. It has a long fresh air beach with a lot of seagulls flying around and basking in the sun. It is a city for people who love running and cycling. A city where you can come back to nature with many kinds of birds such as Cockatoos, Magpies...

I stayed the night as I was catching the Spirit of Tasmania early the following morning. I would have been very happy to have spent longer to explore Geelong. Where I stayed was very convenient, quiet and easy walking distance to restaurants.

Melbourne without the crowds.
Melbourne without the crowds. There are some great restaurants and cafe's in Geelong but without having to deal with the crowds of Melbourne. If you want to go to Melbourne we got a train which was easy and comfortable and took around 50 minutes. Great wineries nearby and if you want a day trip Great Ocean Road or Otway National Park are within a couple of hours drive.
I've stayed at the Warehouse Apartments before and have always enjoyed this property. This was my first time staying in Apartment #1. The parking was great and the apartment is quite large, very tall open cathedral ceilings. The property is very quiet at night, which is great for inner city Geelong. Beds are comfortable and pillows are plentiful. Will definitely stay in these Apartments again. Extremely clean.
The location is so central to the waterfront at Geelong, directly opposite Cunningham Pier and all the foreshore space. Undercover parking meant no worries about parking. A quick walk to the centre of Geelong and all its amenities, information centre and shopping, and the Botanical Gardens were great - well worth a look to see amazing bottle trees and cycads as well as ferns, trees and perennial colour.
Brand new hotel. Room was well designed, the bathroom particularly so. Minimalist decor but pops of colour were attractive. I would recommend a stay for business or leisure. Maestro restaurant a pleasant ambience and good food. Breakfast had a good range. Public areas such as foyer and lift were sparkling clean. All staff were courteous, helpful and keen. Close to main amenities in Geelong.
Location is excellent. The Waterfront, Railway Station, CBD and Pakington St restaurants are all within a 10-15 min walk; the Oval 25 mins. Attractions like Federal Mills, Fyansford and the Botanic Gardens are easy reached by a short car trip.
Excellent work stay over, very comfortable and quiet. Bathrooms have recently been renovated and were clean and well layed out. Great location near the waterfront, shopping area, bars and restaurants. I will be staying here when in Geelong.
The location was excellent, very scenic, everything that you would need for a comfortable stay was provided. We have travelled extensively 401 Pier Point rated better than many 5 star International hotels. Thanks to our host Paul.
The location is excellent, central to Geelong CBD and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and hotels. The facilities were clean and applicable to our needs. The decor is classy and the parking was easy.
Gr8 location and vey nice break fast.. hotel bathrooms were smaller and not much comfortable. no balcony but the staffs were very friendly. If are looking for a luxury rooms then this is not your choice...
The room is large, tidy and the facilities are all good. I'm comfortable with the room, and easy access to restaurants, near to the Geelong Railway Station and other places that I visited.
The staff were very friendly and helpful both days on check-in and check-out. I experienced the best check-in process in Australia. The hotel is well maintained and the location is great.
The apartment was fabulous and exceeded expectation. We would book again if coming to Geelong as it was a great location and had everything we needed. Great value for money.
Modern fresh facilities, clean, plenty of included extras, pool was lovely, located in a large parkland and close to walks along the bay, lovely gardens surrounded the hotel
Modern apartment with excellent kitchen and bath accommodations. Great location. Very well maintained and clean. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
