The communication with the staff was fantastic! We had some last minute requests and they made it all possible! The appartement is very cozy and we had the best view all over Turin. We really enjoyed our stay and if we ever come back to Turin, we will definitely come back to this place! The location ist perfect as well. Everything was more than perfect. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. A huge fridge including a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a water kettle, iron and so on. You always find a free parking spot nearby and there is a lovely cafe just a few meters away. Grocery stores Lidl and Carrefour are nearby. We loved to sit at the balcony in the evening. Donatella provides you with everything. Even the masks, in case you need to see the doctors were there. We also got directions and restaurant recommendations. You will barely find this level of commitment in hotels. We were really happy to stay there.
