Mallwyd
Nestled in the Dyfi Valley, The Firecat Bed and Breakfast features large open fireplaces, exposed beams and traditional oak furniture throughout.
Everything was amazing! Very atmospheric house and the area around it: green hills, river, sheep, geese and chickens. You will recognize that you're in a special place at the moment when Robin and Jane serve you an incredible royal breakfast (or dinner if you want). Location is great! We traveled all over Snowdonia, we did a lot of trails, we were on rivers, lakes, waterfalls, stunning sandy beaches. It was a truly amazing trip for us and our dog! We will miss it very much and will recommend this place to all our friends!

I can't say enough about our wonderful host, so friendly and hosptable, she really made us feel at home. I'm quite sorry I didn't get her name. The room was great, the pub and restaurant even better. Our evening meal was one of the highlights of our trip.

The host was charming and exceptionally helpful. There was a warm seat by the fireplace when I arrived in a cold wet night.
