Located in Kampung Kundasang, Spring Garden offers accommodations in the UNESCO World Heritage site of Mount Kinabalu, 24 km from Ranau. The room and surrounding are superb! Mr Lee is super nice and help us with luggage. He waited for us to arrive to show us the place. The garden is well taken care , my family and I enjoyed the place a lot with the magnificent view of mt kinabalu. The room come with heated floor- this is a very thoughtful design of the room/chalet.

Bike and Tours Bed and Breakfast is located in Lahad Datu. It features a restaurant and offers complimentary parking (upon availability) and rooms with free WiFi access. Bike and Tours Bed & Breakfast is truly a gem in the heart of Lahad Datu. From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted with warm hospitality and a refreshing Butterfly Blue Pea Flower drink. The guest house is akin to a garden of Eden, with an abundance of flowering plants and blooming orchids. Our room was MASSIVE and featured direct access to the dolphin plunge pool, which was almost as refreshing as the pitcher of lemonade which magically appeared. The highlight though was dinner and breakfast. The food is thoughtfully prepared and locally sourced, and the staff goes above and beyond to provide an enjoyable dining experience. The combination of comfortable accommodation, superb hospitality, and delicious food make it a 10/10.

VIRTA Guesthouse is great if you prefer the comfort of having your own place while visiting Sandakan. We enjoyed all the space we had and the cozy/functional outside area where we were able to cook some meals. Places like the Orangutan Sanctuary and Rainforest Discovery Center are about a 20 minute drive from the house. It is pretty easy & affordable to use Grab (Malaysia's Uber) to get back and forth, though having a car would be more comfortable. The host is also very responsive and friendly.

Set in Penampang, Sinurambi Bed & Breakfast - Mills Residence provides accommodation with an outdoor pool, free WiFi, barbecue facilities and a garden. Everything was pristine. From scenic views to comfortable, clean and cosy rooms. I can’t say anything other than it was perfect.

Room was spacious enough for our needs, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, strong wifi, and the welcome scent at the lobby was really relaxing and inviting.
