The staff and service provided was exceptional. I had contacted the property wanting to have roses on the bed and a bottle of champagne. The staff were super helpful in doing this for me and allowed me to write a card and wrote my partner a card too. Even the presentation of the roses and champagne was stunning. They also upgraded our room for free, was such an amazing experience, will definitely stay there again.

Torquay is a delightful holiday destination with a great surfing beach, vibrant shopping centre with shops, cafes and restaurants. We found the Torquay Hotel a particularly nice venue to eat as a family.

I love the sea and find the ocean re-invigorating. The people are friendly and there some great places to run along the coastline as well as restaurants to dine out at. I shopped for local products which I enjoyed and picked up some nice little gifts. The holiday enabled my two dogs to travel with me and my friend so that our family had a nice break. It made my winter seem a little more cheerful as I don't enjoy the cold but managed to paddle in the ocean with Peppy and Tom. Thank you for the opportunity to get away.

Squires Loft is a great restaurant especially if you like steak.
Point Impossible is the most beautiful beach in Torquay. It is clothing optional so there are not a lot of kids and the beach is pretty quiet although there are a few male perverts that are creepy.
We went to 2 coffee shops that weren't great. I will take my own coffee machine next time.
One of the fish & chip shops near woolies was closed on Wednesday night which I found strange. Another one in Bell St was open but the chips weren't good. It is a guessing game to figure out which take away shops are open, their website will say the shop is open when it isn't.
The bars close early and you will struggle to find an open bar after 9.30pm.
It can be hard to find parking at peak times.

Torquay is a great destination and in my opinion one of the nicest towns along the surf coast. The town centre is pleasant to walk around, and the vibe is great - plenty of choice for foodies with a plethora of fantastic restaurants.
I was here for 3 days on business but made sure I fitted in some leisure time and can't wait to return.
We loved the peaceful, rural location and the clean air and many different wildlife ( Kangaroos, many different types of birdlife, but especially the pretty Blue Fairy Wrens) that we encountered. It was only 10 minutes drive from the supermarkets at Torquay as well. We also enjoyed bringing our family dog along with us. We enjoyed the stay immensely.
A newly built town house, with modern features and facilities. House was very clean with great facilities and comforts. Great location in a beautiful estate, not too far from the beach and main town centre. The hosts of this property were super professional, responsive and provided plenty of detail prior to our stay.
This was such a great house to stay in for our family. The two living areas are great for adult/kid time. beautiful outdoor area as well. they have thought about when people need in a holiday stay and made it very comfortable. the beds and sheets were very comfortable too. loved it! would love to come back k again.
We loved the restaurant/Bar and cafe. There is an extensive cocktail menu and they're all so delicious. Try the buffalo wings they're amazing!
The outdoor pool is heated really well and the rooms and apartments are served every day just like a hotel. The hot chocolate they provide in the room is really good!
lots of family board games, dvds, toys for babies and toddler too. there are even two surfing boards and sand play toys. So close to beach, and surf points, it only takes about 2-3minutes walk. and so many cafes around the house. it’s a great place to stay for holiday.
The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities we expected including beach towels, coffee, tea and kitchen utensils. The activities and Easter hunt was great fun for the kids - well done. Housekeeping service and overall cleanliness of the room was exceptional.
It’s a new built, so everything is new and we enjoyed our time there. My nephew and niece enjoyed the house a lot and they were exceptionally happy with the toys.
The host is friendly and nice and the kitchen is very equipped.
Well located in Torquay and easy to find. Room was very comfortable. Bathroom facilities were excellent. Staff were wellcoming and friendly both in the Motel and the Hotel. The meal we had in the Hotel restaurant was loverly.
Location was the main advantage as I could go and play Golf at the RACV Club and go the the Torquay Hotel for the TAB and Pokies. Access to the beach was convenient and the showers were located close to where I was staying.
A beutifully maintained cottage in a stunning rural setting, close to Torquay and Bell's Beach. Good heating and cooling, including a wood fire. Comfortable beds, pwell-appointed lounge and great kitchen/dining room.
Excellent stay at RACV, customer service was second to none - made us fall back in love with staying at hotels! We had the best experience (golf, massage/facial treatments etc) highly recommend.
The room was clean, comfortable, well furnished and in a lovely area outside of town. The hotel overlooks fields. The room had a TV, seating, coffee table, microwave, fridge and kettle.
lovely location - so many great amenities near by, like a cafe and the torquay hotel. within the park itself, good clean and large showers and bathrooms
