    If you are travelling to changlun using bus as your main...

    If you are travelling to changlun using bus as your main transport, it might be a little bit difficult to reach to the hotel. Since there is no grab available, you have to rent a taxi but yeah the price is a little bit higher compared to grab.

    Have been here for more than 5 times on leisure & work.

    Have been here for more than 5 times on leisure & work. Love to come here due to its food, however a bit too far from my hometown Favorite food: 1. Kambing bakar & gulai ayam kampong @ Kambing Bakar Percik Tanjong Buloh - close on Sunday (waze will help) 2. Murtabak Kak Jah @ pasar malam site - opposite to Changlun Food Court 3. Cendol Pak Jab (waze will help)

    There were a reasonable range of shops in the nearby...

    There were a reasonable range of shops in the nearby shopping village, an abundance of mechanics and Thai Insurance outlets. If you buy Thai insurance in this area, read your insurance documents, checking the duration is correctn before you leave the shop, it is a pratice to charge for a month, yet, fill out the paperwork for a week, then hand you your documents in a very proffesional looking folder.

    Room was clean and comfortable. Toilet is also clean and has water heater. There's wasn't many people staying at that time, so it's was quite chill and peaceful. The staffs were friendly. I requested for some cups and toilet paper, the staffs were happy to bring them to my room. There's a mini market right below the hotel room, convenient to buy some snacks and goods. Overall experience was not bad at all.

    A very comfortable homestay to book, located pretty good between Changlun & Arau. Will book this homestay in the future if I'm going to visit Kedah again. Got the chance to watched Abu(monkey) picked coconut from the tree, hehe. Thank you too to Uncle Mat for being so generous giving kuih, buah kelapa & allowing us to eat buah rambutan❤️

    Hotel location by main roadside is very convenient. Easy to access and to park my car. There's many foodstalls and restaurant facilities nearby that makes my family dining so convenient. I will definitely repeat again.
