The room was huge, very clean and comfortable. the staff is very kind and helpful, this is really a strenght for me. The floors have levels that cannot be reached by lift, however the staff was helpful in carrying the suitcases to the floor and also very supportive in providing information. Excellent location, about 30 min walk from Rodeo Drive.

The rooms are a little old fashioned, but tidy and clean. the staff was extremely helpful in giving suggestions and meeting every need. The breakfast choice is small, but Patricia made excellent pancakes for us every day, making it special with her kindness.
