Ideally situated for our needs. Good tavern next door. Pool area looked great but too cool this time of year for us to use. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Good value.

The Caloundra area is really nice. Many hotels to pick from.
The Caloundra area is really nice. Many hotels to pick from. Depending on what you're looking for.. i.e., Kings Beach is a happening area. Golden Beach is a little quieter. Places to visit are The Real Grocer, Cali Breeze for awesome burgers and fish and chips, and Amici's pizza (make reservations early when you know you want to go). The Amici Special pizza is the bomb! The RSL Club is nice to visit... loved the tribute to the military.

Caloundra has always been a favourite holiday destination...
Caloundra has always been a favourite holiday destination for me. Not far to anything! Depending on where you stay, you can park on arrival and never need to drive until end of stay! Beaches are the best.
Nothing. Staff were rude. Pool was out of use. I have never stayed in a hotel where I I’ve had to bring down my own rubbish. We were left with little to no toilet roll, shampoo or conditioner. We were advised to stop walking through reception. This is our first experience in Australia and we feel we’ve been taken advantage because we’re travelling. They’ve put us in such a bad position.
The owner Mike is amazing, he provides over & above, fresh ready to cook vegetables, fruit, everything you can think of for breakfast, lunch & tea. Hot drinks. Modern laundramat, kitchen & bathroom facilities our bedroom, PERFECT! I wish he had accomodation at all the stops were going to stay. He is superior to hotel & motel accommodations & the shocking thing is its so cheap.
Clean studio room with comfortable king size bed, and plenty of dining utensils provided. A complimentary breakfast at the downstairs was superb. The location is great with restaurants on site and not far to walk to the Caloundra Promenade and many more cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended.
John was very helpful and assisted us with keeping cold food cold during period between check out and leaving Caloundra. The Unit was well placed, we enjoyed family time, having booked two units and the whole experience was very good. Thank you for looking after us so well.
Location as excellent, 100 meters from Kings Beach. You can walk along the boardwalk, you can also if inclined walk into Caloundra. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor with view of the ocean from the balcony, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
Fantastic stay. Perfect for a family holiday. We have two young children and this hotel had everything we needed. The water park, a pool with bar service, a restaurant on site and the friendly staff made our stay great. We will be back!
Great hotel and excellent helpful staff.
Very clean, modern and well appointed rooms
Beautiful outlook and room views.
Right on the beach area. Very good access to restaurants and shops. Walking distance to everything you need.
The location was ideal for our purpose, which was to attend an event at the nearby Events Centre in Caloundra. This was within easy walking distance. The room was very clean and suited our needs for an overnight stay.
Only a 1 night stay to attend a show at the Caloundra Event Center. Good place to stay due to It's location. All staff that worked in the hotel & at the bars were friendly and courteous and very efficent.
Amazing location, the ground floor garden opens straight onto the beach and the property is only 5-10 minutes walk to the centre of Caloundra. Rooms were very comfortable and everything was very clean.
Right at the beach, very comfortable pleasant hotel in a great location, also thanks for the small carton of milk in the fridge so I could enjoy my cup of tea soon after I arrived.
The free coffee and muffins were an unexpected bonus which was lovely. We didn’t have the free coffee but the $3 mochas were very cheap. Rooms were very large and well laid out.
Location isn’t too bad can walk to shopping centre. Secure parking on site was really great. Fairly modern room with spacious interior and washing machine and dryer facilities.
Convenient location, great renovated modern unit close to Kings Beach and Caloundra. Clear instructions on how to enter the property in lieu of reception which was great.
