The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We were going thru Coron and not there for a long stay. The staff was great. They arranged a van to the airport for 250 php ( about $5) per person which is very reasonable.
I like that it’s on a quiet street!
But very walkable to everything.

It was beautiful and peaceful! It was perfect distance from the hustle and bustle from the down town but still okay distance to take a trike to go out for dinner in the evening.

If you come only for shipwrecks diving, Coron is definitely the place - but I was not impressed by the coral reefs and biodiversity in general. Consider Raja Ampat as alternative destination if you are not obsessed with shipwrecks. Coron town itself is a little ugly and dirty town but there are plenty of very good restaurants (owned unfortunately mainly by Europenas/Australians) where the food and service is excellent and absolutely surprising. Unfortunately, those are also the places where you find all and "only" the tourists. Coron is an experience - not a lot of culture, not a lot of sightseeing, but it's a gateway to beautiful waters. The hopping-island tours are terrible! They try to fit 20-25 people per boat - try to organize your private boat, it is absolutely worth the money! We enjoyed the day and the service provided.

Lovely area. The town is super charming and chilled.
The Islands around are amazing and it worth a visit.
Unfortunately the tours they offered are all a bit Rushy, not enough time to chill and enjoy each of the stops.

You should be physically fit before you go to Coron because there is a lot of hiking and climbing, but it is all worth it. The biew is spectacular and the experience is great. Fro the hotel staff, to the boats man and tour guide that we had. Thank you Coron. When you go there try to space out your activities. Like one day destination trips the next day rest

If you love nature and diving - this is the place to be. One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever dived at - truly breathtaking
It’s nice if you rent a bike but it is also safe and easy to walk. Best place to dive was Siete Pecados and the 7-Stop-Island Hopping tour. Food was okay, you can eat anywhere without suffering food poisoning. But go easy on the food on the boat tour, not sure if everything was fresh…

Beautiful island with much to explore and quite reasonable prices.
The place is not overcrowded and has even parts of the island where you can have the whole beach to yourself.
The day boat trip through lagoons , lakes and cave was the highlight .
As a recommendation i wouldn't take the 18hour ferry again from Manila , just fly, even if it seems more expensive, you will save time and be comfortable on the beach rather than a ferry boat

The tours of the surrounding islands and interesting areas...
The tours of the surrounding islands and interesting areas are great, good snorkelling, crystal clear water. The town itself is pretty average, restaurants are OK at best, while some are outright terrible. Nothing to do in the town so don't get sunburnt like we did on the first day out (own goal, that one)! A couple of days are plenty here, then go exploring elsewhere, or make sure you book a hotel with a pool so you can enjoy a couple of days lounging if that's your thing, as the beaches are tiny and you have to travel a ways to get there.
The property is in a strategic location, right in town proper but far enough from other establishments and noisy area. The owner and staff are very accommodating and nice and always available to assist guests with inquiries and requests, including arranging for transportation, tours etc. A great boutique hotel with everything you need. The breakfast is also excellent and they offer complimentary coffee, tea, and water. Our room had smart tv, fridge, hot water, an outdoor place to sit and a comfortable bed.
I love my stay at Kalis View Point because of their friendly and accommodating staff plus the free flowing brewed coffee is exceptional as well. Kalis View Point is highly recommended, its a place like home where comfort and relaxation is present after a tiring island tours. The place is within Coron Town Proper it means, it is very accessible to nearby restaurants and party hubs. Thanks Kalis View Point. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩😍
The Stay at the Ridge Coron was fantastic ! The hotel is nice but what made the experience better is the AMAZING staff ! Zetia Dianna and Trinidad at the reception made sure all our needs were met. Rowin and Jonard took us around town with the complimentary tuk-tuk. Paul ensured our rooms were cleaned and freshened up !Best for last ! Arturo our security guard was very helpful at night whenever we needed anything.
The hotel design and structure are beautiful and relaxing. The pool is clean, size is just enough. The location is good, walking distance from Resto and Bars. Our room is very spacious with lightning conducive for sleeping. Foods are delish! The staff is incredibly helpful and adorable, especially Elijah and Jessie. Overall, Corta Del Mar Hotel is highly recommended for those who wants to stay at Coron.
The rooms and hotel are basic. Beds are a bit hard, but it's clean and decent. When we arrived our room was full of mosquitoes due to a problem with the mosquito nets. They were kind enough to change our room, even with an upgrade, which we were very grateful for.
The receptionists are very attentive and helpful!
Breakfast is basic.
There is a view of the town and port, and islands, from the top.
The hotel is AMAZING. the jurney from the moment we landed to the airport all the way to our room in this private island was superb. you have coral reefs, manaties, fish, turtles and all sorts of marine life just a couple of meters away from the beach. We took diving lessons there and it was amazing but you can also snorkel for free and it is totally worth it. one of the best experiences ever
Amazing staff - Ian, Ef, Bernard, Chris, Kim everyone made sure we had a great stay in Coron town and in Palawan. From organizing private tours, to getting our laundry done, to recommending places to eat in town, to transportation… I can’t say enough good things about how seamless it all was. Happy hour was a big plus with beautiful sunsets. Breakfast inclusión was great! highly recommend.
The best hotel we have stayed at in the Philippines! Especially in Coron, it is a peaceful oasis in the middle of these beautiful trees, away from the loud town. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff is extremely nice, they have an amazing rooftop bar with jacuzzi from which you can admire the sunset, restaurant has great food and the breakfast buffet was also really nice.
Location is amazing !! Staff are exceptional. Food is divine. Rooms are very authentic. Boat ride into town is fabulous. And u can walk if you prefer. The front of house organise absolutely everything from airport transfers to boat tours / city tours. Nothing is too much trouble. Coron is a beautiful location and this hotel makes a relaxing stay magical
The hotel is nice and you can walk to the center pretty easily. Room was spacious, decent pressure and hot water in the shower. Swimming pool is small but we thought it was enough as you can't easily access a beach in that part of Coron. Rooftop with amazing views of Coron bay.
We got a free drink on arrival (cocktail was not good but still a nice gesture).
This could be our favourite stay in the Philippines!!
From the amazing staff forever thoughtful and going the extra mile to your needs to the impeccable room. Super clean, great air con and free water to fill your bottles up was such a perk! We booked both our day tours through the hotel which was also fab! Highly recommend staying here in Coron :)
Cosy, clean room. Location is great in a quiet part of town (other than the cockerels, but good luck trying to escape their dawn chorus in Coron). Reggie was super helpful and his restaurant recommendations were the best (and cheapest) food we had in the town. Culum Calenderia was our favourite.
Nice hotel just on the main street a few steps from shops and restaurants, staff is very kind and helpful, they organized island hopping tour for us, room is rather clean but some little renovation is nice to have, very good value for money, possibility to pay by card, cheap laundry service
Room was clean and hotel was very kind in allowing us an early check in after a full night of travels to Coron. Location is close to restaurants (2 mins walk) and pier (7 mins walk) where the island hopping tours depart from. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location is beautiful and quiet, outside of Coron town. Vilma and Romel are extremely helpful and always willing to share their advice and knowledge of the island. The rooms are very clean and the view out of them in the morning is spectacular.
There are a lot of hotels in the area, but Islanders inn is the best location and value to everything you want.
Very clean hotel and AC is cold...
The Staff is friendly and quick to respond to requests.
The breakfast staff is very friendly..
Helpful hotel staff in the middle of Coron town, opposite a quaint coffee place and super near the nice food places. Hotel staff did not hesitate to help arrange laundry and airport shuttle services. Everything in the room is super clean.
I loved how peaceful the environment was, and that they had dogs in the resort that you can play with. Love the staff also, and that they provide free transport going to the town proper and back to the island.
The crew are accommodating and hospitable. It is one of the great place to stay in Coron if you’re on a budget and you want peace and quiet near the town proper.
