Hotel Staff very nice and smile all the time, feels like 'welcome home' Toilet and bed are so clean!! i love it so much! Location for sure is very good, near by South Bank station, and there's supermarket downstairs. Room size is better than i think! Wifi is good and A/C auto change the temperature :) nice!

When I checked in the reception staff member was very friendly and helpful. When she saw that I was a bit apprehensive about using the elevator, she offered a number of times that I could use the stairs. I really appreciated this.

Roll on in to Mantra South Bank Brisbane, your urban accommodation by the Brisbane River. Had everything we needed in the room which was very comfortable and quiet Fantastic location as we were able to walk everywhere Staff were friendly /helpful

Just 3 minutes’ walk from Queensland Art Gallery, Riverside Hotel features free parking, a restaurant and an outdoor swimming pool. It features air-conditioned accommodation with a private balcony. Amazing location, a few minutes away from the museum and gallery and everything really. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went out their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and comfy. My 3 year old loved swimming in the pool and a great way to cool down. We loved our stay and will be back again.

Loz was clear with her communication from beginning to end. The unit is the perfect spot to stay - close to Cole’s, Woolies, Harris Farm and cafes in West End and not far from the city. The unit is lovely and light with everything you need and more… even great parking. Loz was so generous in allowing me a later check out too. Thank you for a great stay!
