I like how the staff were very nice and accommodating during our entire stay in the hotel.They made us feel very comfortable.They helped us carry all our luggage going to our room and brought it in the lobby during our last day in the hotel.They even accommodate our needs such as sending a universal charger adaptor and microwave in the room. They were very helpful in pre booking a maxi taxi for us going to the airport.I like how the cleaner cleans the room everyday.They clean it so well. Whenever I asked for a room clean ,they will clean it asap.What a great service and a very welcoming staff.

Location of the hotel is very strategic, it’s just across the Central Station, light rails stops nearby, hairdressers around, eateries, supermarkets and walking distance to Paddy’s Market. It’s been three decades since my last visit to Sydney. This trip was just amazing with Vivid Sydney 2023. Most importantly, the hotel met most of my key expectations when it came to accommodations.
