Gorgeous little hotel, we were pleasantly surprised at how immaculate it was. Perfectly located and the staff we lovely. Highly recommend this little gem, perfect for a night or two.

Novotel Sydney Parramatta is located next to the Parramatta business district, 22 km west of Sydney. I was very impressed by the customer service I received by several staff especially the assistant manager Sudeep. He made our stay very welcoming. He was efficient, professional and very understanding about our situation. He gave us a smooth check in by offering us a good deal. We hope to see more people like Sudeep throughout all Novotels.

Friendly staff, convenient location across woolies and maccas. plenty of parking available and the room is spacious enough for our family (with little children).
