Set in the Borgo Panigale district, Villa Aretusi once belonged to Cesare Aretusi, late-Renaissance painter from Bologna. The city centre and Guglielmo Marconi Airport are 10 minutes' drive away. Very comfortable, clean room, lovely breakfast, very kind staff, on site parking. The pictures don’t do it justice.

Very close to the airport, we arrived, picked up our rental car and went staright to the hotel… it took us 7 minutes to get there. It is easy to park. The breakfast was VERY GOOD and the staff from the reception very nice and helpful

It’s very rare to feel the hospitality when the host is absent, but this venue is one of those cases that manages to do so. It has everything to make you feel a beloved guest. In addition, it has quiet and communicative location, spacy rooms, comfy beds, excellent art decoration…-you name it. Once you stay there, you’ll come back over and over again.

Set within the Borgo Panigale district in Bologna, casa ottaviano has air conditioning, a balcony, and quiet street views. The apartment is located one bus stop away from the airport (you can take bus 944, pay for a ticket with your debit card or buy a ticket from a vending machine, either way, its 1.50 euro), or about 20 min away by foot. We got in the apartment with exactly 0 issues and were instantly in love with it! There's a hidden bathroom masked as a wardrobe!! There's everything you'd need for a good morning - snacks, coffee, water, JUICE! The beds were comfy, the snacks - tasty, the coffee - strong. There are little notes explaining how to switch on the lights, open and close the shutters, operate the oven - so you don't have to sit and wonder how th to go out on the terrace. The host was very sweet and responsive, gave detailed instructions how to find the apartment, and answered messages promptly. I'd say that if we come around to Bologna again - we are definitely staying here.
