It was all around high quality and high standard place with great location. Everything was super clean and the air conditioner worked without problems which was a blessing in July's heat. Overall 6/5 experience and place with kind and good service by personnel!

I cannot recommend this property enough! I had such a lovely stay and there is no doubt I’ll return. Facilities were great, rooms and bathrooms clean, complimentary breakfast is also a nice touch. Great features such as gym, laundry room, movie room. 10 min walk from train station and about a 10/15 walk from centre of town. All staff are friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was helpful too No complaints at all

The host is incredibly nice and always ready to help. Location is perfect, about 10 min walk from all the main historical destinations. The house is very clean, there is everything you can need, even coffee and fresh croissants in the morning. I appreciate a lot everything done for the guests at this place. Will stay here again when shortly visiting Florence. Thanks a lot
