Karinya beach house is nestled in the beautiful coastal town of Coronet Bay, located 114km south-east of Melbourne and offers on your doorstep beautiful surf beaches, walking trails and hidden gems such as scenic lookouts and paddock to plate food experiences. It is a relaxing and spacious holiday home with unparalleled views of the bay, rolling hills and farms. It's only a five-minute walk to the family friendly Coronet Bay beach. It offers a spa room, three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and two living areas. Two bedrooms have wall mounted TVs including a TV downstairs in the living room. A chrome cast has been provided for you to enjoy your favourite streaming services from your own account. There's also an outdoor entertaining area with ample seating and BBQ facilities in the private, lush garden. All of this makes for an incredible holiday to relax, unwind, sightsee and explore with loved ones, family and friends or even on your own.
I'm delighted to invite you to Karinya Beach House, our stunning holiday home situated in Coronet Bay. I manage the end-to-end experience at my holiday home to ensure your stay is comfortable and I expect guests to agree and adhere to the additional house rules below when booking our property: Additional House Rules - We welcome pets, but have to check with us prior booking. - No pets allowed in the bedrooms and couches. Pets to sleep on their own beds. - If pets cause any damage to the property including the garden extra charges will apply. - Please avoid excessive noise from 10PM onwards. - Please leave the house in a neat and tidy state when you check out as you have found on your check-in - Please wash and dry dishes and put them away on the cupboards where they belong before leaving - Please ensure the BBQ is cleaned after use - Please return key to the key box before you leave - Extra cleaning charges shall apply if the house is left untidy , if pet hair is found on couches and BBQ not cleaned - Our home is for guests to enjoy so please observe house rules - Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the house - No schoolies booking allowed
