Perfect location. Extremely clean. Owner on site. Great advice on where to go, what to see and what to do. Beautiful layout. Large kitchen well equipped. Two fridges.

Featuring mountain views, Matapouri & Tutukaka Spectacular Coastal Views- Aroha Luxury Guest Suite offers accommodation with a patio and a coffee machine, around 33 km from Ah Reed Kauri Park. Staying at Julianne’s and Richard’s place was just perfect. They are so kind and have great advice for activities in the area. The accomodation is well equipped and beautiful, the view above the landscape and ocean is just stunning - and you can enjoy sunsets in the hot tub. I would always come back, can definitely recommend.

Nestled on a ridge overlooking the vast Waipoua Forest, where iconic kauri trees have been living for 3,000 years, Waipoua Lodge offers luxury accommodation in an original homestead. Just a fabulous place to stay. Had a gorgeous 2-room suite. The hosts are wonderful and went above and beyond to meet our special dietary requirements and to give us suggestions re what to see in the area. There's even a lovely little bushwalk on the property, and we saw a ruru (native owl) land right in front of the living room ... a very special experience.

Situated in a 100-year-old building, guests staying at this lodge can relax in the hot tub and then prepare a meal using the barbecue facilities provided. The location was outstanding, staff were helpful, and the spa-with-a-view was a great bonus.

The hosts were super friendly, helpful and flexible to accomodate our needs. The property´s location is stunning along the riverside. Breakfast was wonderful and flexible time wise. Marthin and Addy are superb hosts, and made us feel extremely welcome. They were also a wonderful source of information going around the area.

Fabulous staff, incredible views!!! Just perfection there at “the top of the world” and then throw in golf….life does not get better!

Set in Te Kao in the Northland region, Tekao Lodge offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The host was lovely, and the shared facilities were really great. Met some really nice people.
