What an amazing little find in Maleny. A group of friends stayed the night prior to a one day retreat in Maleny. The cottage was just gorgeous. The decor was very nice and the place was so clean. The surrounding of the cottage was very peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was varied and fresh and suited each of us. There was plenty to have a hearty breakfast. The free range eggs from the chickens on site were a lovely touch.

Cottage is sweet & includes everything you need & more. We made the most of the golf clubs & course right at the door. We enjoyed the lawn bowls we found inside, & the kayaks down at the lake - which is only a few minutes walk from the cottage. We kayaked on the shallow, warm lake for both sunset & sunrise & times in between - even those of us less inclined towards water sports had fun with it. Kangaroos everywhere. We also made use of the bbq on the deck with the big outdoor setting for dinner. Owner was friendly & popped in with updates as relevant, as well as to welcome us & introduce himself.

O Noosa Hinterland Retreat é uma propriedade tradicional de Queensland que oferece um ambiente descontraído para desfrutar de vistas deslumbrantes, bem acima da floresta de um guarda-florestal. Beautiful, tucked away property that provided peace and quiet amongst nature away from the crowds in Noosa. We loved it here. The room was quirkily decorated ( think Balinesque) and had everything we needed. Breakfast options were provided in the fridge along with fruit, wine and some Christmas goodies. This meant that we didn't need any interaction with our host at all but on arrival he (Russ) was very welcoming and helpful and made it clear he was available if we needed him for anything. The room had a deck where you could sit amongst the trees and just enjoy the birdsong - was just lovely. You would need a car to get around because it is tucked away but free parking available so no problems. Its about 15 minutes away from Noosaville and probably 25 minutes from Noosa Heads. Parking in Noosa at busy times is crazy. We really liked the more low key vibe of Noosaville for the evenings. Highly recommend doing the Sunset River Cruise from Noosaville - BYO wine and food.

Uma casa de temporada recentemente renovada, localizada em Gheerulla, a Gheerulla Place dispõe de um jardim. Our stay at Gheerulla's farm house was fantastic! The open kitchen was perfect for cooking enthusiasts like us, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Limited reception was a blessing as it helped us unwind completely. Julia thought about all the details and created a really nice place for travelers.
