Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Stunning location in a peaceful setting. The property was spotless and comfortable. The views were lovely.

Bed and breakfast guest rooms include a full English breakfast. There are also self-catering three/four bedroom cottages. All cottages have a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and indoor/outdoor dining options on covered verandahs. The setting is beautiful, although the gardens had suffered in the heat of summer but we could imagine how wonderful they would have been. The self catering chalet felt like home and was very comfotable. The owner, Joy, was very pleasant and informative. We wished we had stopped here on a previous visit to York.
