Originally built in 1840, Spilman Hotel is a family-run hotel that offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking, right in the heart of the market town of Carmarthen. The room was spacious and tidy, decorated with taste. It was quiet and well situated. The breakfast was very good.

Still very new so not spoilt with wear and tear. Bed was hugely comfortable, the shower was really relaxing, coffee pod machine, water, teas, biscottu, plenty of room and light and airy. The bar was relaxing and very modern and clean, breakfast really was stunning and will definitely staff there again.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms (2 with large ensuites). It had everything, from very comfortable beds, board games, parking space to luxurious bathroom accessories. The cottage was located next to the harbour and had a lovely view overlooking the harbour. Luckily, we had the weather and time to relax by sitting outside the cottage to appreciate those views.
