The Georgian Swansea is situated in Swansea, within 22 km of Oxwich Bay and 30 km of Rhossili Bay. Everything! The staff were lovely, the room was so quirky, clean and had many amenities. The location was perfect and our room was so quiet considering we were across from the bars.

Located in Cardiff and with Motorpoint Arena Cardiff reachable within 1.1 km, Central Studios provides express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi throughout the property... We had a wonderful stay. It is a small but wonderfully equiped room with a beautiful bathroom and a very nice shower. A very comfortabel bed and a very clean. Our host Abi was very quick and helpful to answer all our questions. When in Cardiff we Will definitely come back here!

Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a terrace. the location of this property was perfect. it was very, very clean and the rooms were super comfortable. Aircon was a huge plus. and the breakfast was delicious!

If you are looking for a rustic country inn with all the modern convieniences, look no futher than the Tyr Winch. The staff was attentive and welcoming even though they were very busy (they were hosting an anniversary party upstairs) and we arrived at the dinner rush. The food is fantastic (I recommend the Chicken Helwir) and so are the drinks. They have a variety of local beers and ciders on tap along with a full bar and wine options too. The rooms are comfortable and newly updated, but still maintain a rustic charm with the clever use of some wooden accents. The bathroom by contrast was very clean and modern with a large shower and a towel warmer.

Set in Cardiff, 10 km from Cardiff University, The Gwaelod y Garth Inn offers accommodation with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. There are only 3 rooms in the building we stayed in, it was nice and quiet. There was a large wardrobe and the toiletries and towels in the bathroom were nicely presented, they had also provided a couple of boxes of tissues. We were pleasantly surprised to discover a small fridge with some drinking water in it and some fresh milk for the tea and coffee (the owner told us later that he supplies fresh milk because he dislikes UHT milk in his own tea and coffee). We stayed for 3 nights and had a superb breakfast each morning. I'm pleased I took their advice and booked an evening meal in advance, the restaurant is very popular. Our meal was so tasty that we booked for the following evening too, that meal was also extremely good. The staff were very welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When I was originally booking the room I was concerned about the check-in time because we were going to a gig in Cardiff on the first night and wouldn't get to the hotel until well after the check-in time. However when I mentioned my problem they replied swiftly and arranged a self check-in which went very smoothly. Parking was nice and close to the entrance to the accommodation. We will definitely be booking again next year when we're back in Cardiff.

Featuring a garden, restaurant, bar and free WiFi, The Antelope Hotel is set in Merthyr Tydfil, 40 km from Cardiff University and 42 km from University of South Wales - Cardiff Campus. We booked and owner Claire was in touch to ask with my requirements if any. I requested microwave which was kindly provided. Upon arrival I was given nice & clear instructions for shelf check-in. All good. We had nice few chats with owner couple Claire and Neil about things to do around as our trip was not so preplanned. We followed their instructions and visited places around and enjoyed. Room and facility itself was clean and we tried to kept it clean as well -:) bathroom looked newly refurbished but one issue was of extractor fan needed to be on to keep drainage smell sway. May be manageble change owners can take care of. Bed mattress was different than what we used to use at home so bit of awkward side but not owners fault. But clean though. Breakfast I did enjoyed all 3 mornings.very Good overall experience and would definitely book it again and visit the nice couple Claire and Neil again. While we checked in, Neil even helped us taking luggage back to car. Very kind. Parking facility behind the hotel is very good. I would definitely recommend the hotel to tourists and travellers of beautiful Brecon Beacon area of Wales.

Stunning hotel with an exceptional room which was huge. The surrounding area is also beautiful for walks and taking in the countryside. Staff were polite and helpful
