The Hotel is beautiful with a positive energy and where you feel at home. It is new and everything really clean and cosy! The room was excelent, I stayed on 303. What a view! Fantastic! And was clean and so beatiful ans well decorated! This is by far one of the best hotels in Italy Despreensious but so elegant! Breakfast was vey good! Thank you! I really enjoyed being here!

This hotel always answered my messages very quickly and both in writing and when there they understood that I was a learner of Italian and let me practice my average Italian. We arrived about 9.30pm on a Sunday night after a slightly delayed flight. I had already cancelled our planned three course dinner but we were hungry and they were very kindly able to offer us a sandwich. The receptionist that evening was very accommodating as was the man in charge in the restaurant. Our room was spotlessly clean, bed was comfy, blackout blind worked perfectly as did the air conditioning. Breakfast the next morning was a buffet service and was fine. The man on reception, possibly the owner/manager, was again very kind and helpful. We were allowed to leave our car there whist we explored beautiful Gubbio which we loved. Overall we were very impressed.
