The Powderhorn Chateau is located in Ohakune, at the entrance to Tongariro National Park. It has a cosy ski village feeling with friendly staff and very comfortable rooms.

Hotel Coachman is located in the heart of Palmerston North. It offers a large outdoor swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, plus a fitness center. Free Wi-Fi is included. The hotel was lovely. The receptionist was very helpful and very kindly upgraded my room for free. I was so delighted. Im sorry that I dont know her name.

Located in the Tongariro National Park, The Park Hotel Ruapehu offers affordable accommodations in a stunning alpine setting. Guests are provided with free parking and 500MB of free WiFi. The restaurant and staff were fabulous beyond description. I honestly can’t say I’ve ever been excited to eat every meal where I’m staying.
