The best hotel in Vietnam. The room was big and clean, with a nice view. The pool on the top is nice to calm down and enjoy the landscape. The breakfast buffet was amazing, you have so many options to choose from. The staff is also very kind.

The view from the roof bar, the quality of the service from the staff. In particular the duty manager Ok Nguyen and Tuoi were exceptionally helpful. The room was very modern and had a huge bathtub. I also appreciated the location, which was very central and only a few minutes walk to the train station. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pao's. It looks exactly like the photos (which is not always the case), was very comfortable and all the staff were lovely. We had originally stayed for 3 nights, and ended up extending an extra 9 because it was such a nice place to base ourselves. The value for money was second to none. Views over the valley from the balcony were outstanding. The desk in the room had plenty of space to work, and there were common seating areas if you wanted to have a change of scenery. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. We also utilized the gym quite a bit (the full set of dumbells was great). We had originally thought it may have been a little far away, but the walk to town is actually very easy. They also have the free shuttle that runs basically every 2 hours, or you can just take a paid electric vehicle from the door.

Also for the Indian travellers, there is an Indian restaurant just beside the hotel. From the room, you can view the Fansipan peak. The staff are also super friendly. For any need they were there to help us. They even provided us packaged food and water for our night train (this was wholesome for us) A perfect 10 that I could say.

We stay 2 days here, Juliana allowed us to keep our luggage with them and arrange 2 days trekking for us. The family and staffs here were so friendly, smiles on their face always and always greet us, asking how are we feeling and doing! It feels more than just a homestay. The room is simple but it is so well maintained and clean and comfortable. Kudos to them and hope to see them again when we back to Sapa next time!

Really comfortable beds and very clean. We got our laundry done here too and it came back smelling so fresh. Staff were super nice and massages were amazing! Location was perfect.
