Kim and crew provided exceptional service and he even provided guidance to us with regards to places of interest to visit at Ninh Binh (feel Ninh Binh with our heart ❤️😀). Food was delicious, love their signature fermented pork and simple egg banh mi. Perfect hide out for family to spend time together with simple pleasures such as swimming in a open area, touring the place with motorbikes near the paddy field and fishing. Thank you, Kim, wife and crew! We had a splendid time at your beautiful place ❤️

From the very moment we arrived at the hotel in Ninh Binh, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly made our stay exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, showcasing a great level of friendliness and professionalism. Despite our early arrival, the front desk team handled our check-in, ensuring that our luggage was securely stored while our room was being prepared. They offered us free bicycles, allowing us to explore the charming surroundings.The breakfast spread was amazing. Our room was a true reflection of comfort and cleanliness, spacious and well-maintained, mirroring the photos we saw at the time of booking. In conclusion, we are immensely grateful for the outstanding service and hospitality we received. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay in Ninh Binh so memorable. We are already looking forward to our next visit, confident that we will choose to stay with you again.

On the day of checkout we had a sleeper bus booked and we weren't leaving till 9pm, they allowed us to stay past our check out time and said we could stay in our room until we were ready to leave, made such a difference for us and were very grateful. Really good location and we found the room nice and clean!

The property is built at the foot of a mountain conveniently close to Mua Caves but in a quiet area. The rooms on the pond were large and very comfortable.
