I had the best time here, extremely clean room and facilities and very social. There is a bar/restaurant overlooking the pool, it’s absolutely stunning. The bar has so many games to keep you entertained and to meet people. The food was fantastic, in my 6 nights here, I ate lunch or dinner here many times, always delicious. The best buffet breakfast with a Pho and Egg station. Also I had massages and my nails done at the spa, the team there are so welcoming and the massages were sooo good. All the staff were so friendly, thank you to everyone who made my stay so great, Tracy, Loan, Lien, Tram and of course our little Buny 🐈

Silent AC, big TV with Netflix, wardrobe, fridge, desk, electric water kettle, free instant coffee. Comfortable bed. Very good wifi. Beautiful clean pool area and nice breakfast for 2€ per person per day: omelette, scrambled or fried eggs, different fruits, cucumbers, toast, jam, honey, banana pancakes, coffee with condensed milk, tea. You can have water and bananas for free all day. Also a nice garden area for working out or chilling. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free bike rental to go to center of the city (15 min). A couple of restaurants (I recommend Phat Loc and Breeze) pharmacy and mini marts around. Linen and towels is changed every 3 days. Overall, amazing value for money.

This place had to be the absolute number one place during my stay in Vietnam. The views were great, the staff went far far far beyond expectation, the room was amazing, the tub was beautiful, the breakfast amazing, one of the best spa experiences we received as well. This place literally has it all. It was my girlfriend's birthday and I chose this place because of its fantastic reviews and it didn't disappoint. My partner went to the spa and said it was "life-changing." They allowed us to check in a little early, I prepared a birthday surprise for her and the staff knew, gave her all special treatment in the spa and even got us a beautiful cake just for her. No extra cost, they just went the extra mile. Any request was fulfilled beyond what was required and always asked if there was anything else, and to never hesitate to talk with them. The room was beautiful, but the shining beauty was definitely the bath tub. It was gorgeous and was a perfect way to end a birthday with relaxation. I cannot express how grateful and astonished by how wonderful Cozy Savvy was. When I return to Hoi An, I will not even look for another place to stay.

Everything was fabulous: the locations is great, by the river, 2 steps from the old quarter, we had a room with a river view and balcony, that was exceptional. The breakfast was variate, fresh, and very tasty. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the food was also great. Last, but not least, the people working there are wonderful: kind, helpful and so lovely. We miss you and thank you so much for everything! We also booked a driver and did an excursion to My Son organised by the hotel. Everything was so perfect. Good recommendations for activities, restaurants and Taylor. We cannot recommend enough.
