We were delighted by the kindness and help from the staff. My wife has a disability, and the staff went out of their way to help choose an apartment that was suitable for her needs. We travel to Alexandra Heads at least once a year, and will definitely be booking with the Grand Palais again. We will also recommend it to friends and family.

Perfect for our needs. Spent a lot of time in the pools, and it's it's right across from the beach. Amazing breakfast options just nearby (been living outside of Australia and missed Australian breakfasts), lots of other food options right outside. Walk or use one of the scooter rental apps to get down to Mooloolaba. We used it as a base to see family and friends and it was easy to drive everywhere from there.

The place was clean and very comfortable, across the road is the beach , bus station very close , some shops a few meters, the pool is heated and cozy ! I loved it!

that it’s not part of a chain, the location, the view, the spotless apartment, the living area was huge! the kitchen had everything you need plus more, a gorgeous seafront view! a vacuum cleaner…. which made cleaning up dirt/sand, laundry room washing machine & dryer, dining table, beautiful bathroom /bedroom, air conditioners, floor to ceiling icean views, and 5 min walking distance to BWS, Coles, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, the beach, close to everything! we loved our stay and had a relaxing break. ps full Foxtel package! communal pool BBQ the staff are welcoming and courteous and we highly recommend staying here and book directly! we were on 11th floor and would not recommend if you do not like heights or for children. BOOK DIRECT as we will next time!

시설이 매우 깨끗하였고, 바다 바로 앞에 있어서 뷰와 접근성이 좋았습니다. 물루라바에서도 비교적 위치도 좋아서 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에 갈만한 곳들이 꽤 많았습니다.

방안 모든 시설이 모두 최신이어서 깨끗하고 편안했고 물루라바 비치가 바로 앞이라 위치가 최고였습니다 고마웠던 점은 체크아웃하고 한시간 정도 주차장 쓸수있냐고 했더니 흔쾌히 허락해주셨네요 비치 앞에 주차할곳 찾기가 정말 어려웠거든요
