The staffs were very accommodating and welcoming. The service was top-notch. Location a bit further than the town but is still consider closed. Partial view of Fuji was amazing. The host is so friendly and helpful, and he speaks good English as well, which is a plus! The ryokan was very clean, comfortable and kept us warm. We also had delicious breakfasts made by the host, all of our group enjoyed it!

The breakfast was also very good. Everything was cooked by the host himself - Yoshi. He appeared to be a very nice guy. He was very kind to us. He explained to us many interesting things and gave us a ride in his car on the day we left. He showed us some pretty good spots to take a picture with the Sakura trees and Mount Fuji. The whole stay there was one not to forget. Absolutely recommend staying there!

Staff were friendly and even offered us snow shoes and kids toys to play in the snow The onsen experience was unique, bare in mind the onsen between male and female switches daily Staff also made the effort to cater our dinner last minute as it was snowing heavily outside
