Great place for a bigger family or a group of friends with a spectacular view. There are multiple terraces, a barbecue place and a large table inside, which all are all very comfortable to hang around with a bigger group of people. Due to heavy rains we had some issues with the electricity as apparently almost everybody in the area. The host took care of it immediately and the communication was very pleasant.

Great, clean, convenient and very well-equipped apartment with discrete terrace, spacious, clean swimming pool and jacuzzi with beautiful views, very hospital, informative, pasionate and helpful Owners, safe, fenced parking space. The Owners run a small restaurant on the property, serving delicious, Tuscan breakfasts for the apartment guests (on request) and additionally serving lunches (Tuesday-Sunday, 12.30-15.00) that is a very convenient alternative to your own cooking in the apartment. The restaurant is closed in the afternoon and evening. You can also buy the first-class local food products in a small shop in the restaurant, not only to enjoy local specialities but also to avoid 15 minutes’ drive to the nearest, bigger supermarket. Although there are three apartments and a restaurant, the property and the swimming pool area are so spacious you can hardly feel the presence of other guests. Great place for those looking for calm environment and relax. Fabrizio, thank you for your sincere hospitality, beautiful holidays, we will certainly come back!

The location was peaceful and easy walking distance to little village. We got the breakfast which was extra but was well worth it. Alessandra set up our breakfast in the shared kitchen. We had espresso, fruit, yogurt and croissant. We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights with two kids and where really happy about the two bedrooms and a nice living room. There are several family hiking tours at reach from the house. The host ist great, he helped us out as we failed to reach our bus to Gaiole on our arrival day, it would have been very difficult without his help!

The balance between keeping historic character and providing clean and comfortable surroundings is just perfect. We had the castle and all the villas for our group with 2 infinity pools with world class views. Staff were amazing and to top it off we were in a winery with a wine bar.
